- 1 pack Bamboe Teriyaki
- 150 gr chicken thigh/breast, cut to bite size pieces.
- ½ spring onion stalk, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml water
- Sautee chicken pieces until half done
- Add water and bamboe Teriyaki sauce
- Add onion and spring onion stalk, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add slightly beaten egg. Simmer covered for few minutes to your liking
- Put on top of hot rice in a bowl, and enjoy!
